It's like you are single again. But it's OK because the name of your blog isn't something like, "What did you cook for dinner?" Even if it's take-out, it's still dinner. Can't be easy to cook when you have a little kid and another one coming (next month?).
HeHeHe!!! It was funny.I know! What happened to all that dishes you were cooking?:)) May be you will do some creative cooking after the baby,I understand!Meanwhile, enjoy the cream cheese!:D
Ah, don't worry about it. You are just about to have a baby - isn't that enough to think and worry about? Just make sure that you are eating, and don't worry about what it is!
I'm sure you could work that cream cheese sandwhich into something remarkable!
Use a cookie cutter to cut the bread out into an interesting shape. Toast it, then spread with cream cheese. Top with a bit of diced tomatoes, some fresh pepper, a sprinkle of basil. I bet that would be great!
DaddyForever: We are due early March... I can't even imagine having time to go into a kitchen when it happens... On the upside, with no time for eating, loosing all that baby weight shouldn't be a problem :-)
Asha: Those dishes... I was cooking... I can't even believe it was me... Seems soooo long ago... :-)
Judy: I'm eating a lot (which is a problem). But this sure isn't cheap.
Kelley: But I need a pep talk! :-) I really do! I mean, it's been way more than a week for us...
Leslie: It's out of our budget too! I'm just not being reasonable... I'll just blame it on the hormones...
Anali: Now that's a good idea! It's almost cooking :-) In fact, I have been experimenting with adding cucumbers and smoked salmon... But for some reason the plain variety is just something I really crave right now... Weird.
Alexys: I hope it will. Or will be broke. Cake sounds really good though :-D
I'm a 29 year old mom of two! A toddler (kiddo one) and a new baby (kiddo junior). I am also the most horrible (as in I barely ever do it) cook that I have met in my life. This blog is a diary of my attempts to feed my hungry growing family
PS: My name is not actually Vasilisa... But I find that honest reporting comes easier when there is a shred of anonymity. (Apparently, posting pics of my sons doesn't count...)
PPS: For those of you wondering where on the planet I am: I'm cosily tacked away in the Torontonian suburbia of the Great White North (Canada).

I'm in no position to give you a pep talk - almost every one of our meals this week has come from a styrofoam container! ;)
My fridge would lookmuch the same way, except take-out just isn't in the budget right now.
You're in the home stretch of your pregnancy - give yourself a break.

This too shall pass. :D)
As Marie Antoinette would say, "Let 'em eat cake!"
